Bryce Coulter
Director
The 2011 Christchurch earthquakes were the catalyst for Bryce to ditch the corporate life and launch Green Therapy. "The events of 2011 were a "wake up moment" and my passion for gardening, developed over the years with the help of a green fingered father and a Horticultural Science degree from Lincoln University, were transferred into a business where we get to work with nature and craft creative outdoor solutions for our clients" Bryce loves working with a diverse team of people who are passionate about what they create. “Every site and project has unique challenges and it’s a joy every day to see the team’s imagination move from design concept to an amazing outdoor space". When not listening to music, reading or watching sports Bryce works on his ever growing travel bucket list and occasionally gets to tick a few of them off with his family!
Kurtis Forge
Senior Landscaping Specialist
Kurtis came back to NZ and joined the Green Therapy crew in 2021, after his landscaping career OE in Scotland, UK. As well as bringing great practical skills to the business, he also bought back a good bit of Scottish attitude and humour! Kurtis has a natural confidence with all things practical and a great eye for detail. Along with an ability to offer intuitive design solutions, it’s no wonder he has quickly worked his way into a senior role within the team. Outside of work, an apparent lack of actual fish hasn’t deterred Kurtis from enjoying fishing and the great outdoors. He also has a passion for team sports such as rugby and basketball, which he plays regularly.
Harry Wilcox
Landscaping Assistant
Harry joined the Green Therapy crew in 2023 in a casual capacity after graduating from Canterbury University with a wealth of knowledge in the biological sciences. Harry brings a great work ethic, good humour and can do attitude to the team and has worked hard supporting the rest of the team with physical labour on some of our toughest sites, to ensure we deliver beautifully crafted outdoor spaces to our clients. Outside of work, Harry has a passion for indoor and outdoor climbing and incorporates his hardworking ethos into personal sport training.
Jennifer Kenix

On walks around town, the surrounding Port Hills and beyond, she will often stop to inspect the intricate details of plants and nature. In her spare time, Jen has a talent for hand-building furnishings. She also loves to develop her creative skills through her artwork (painting and drawing). Travelling with her family is especially important, as she cherishes creating beautiful memories and expanding her life/cultural experiences.
